Resetting your password

Solution There are three ways to change your password:

1) If you are already logged in to the site, click on the 'Settings' tab in the welcome menu in the left hand column of the page. In the 'New Password' field, enter the new password you would prefer. Re-enter this same password in the field below. You must then click the 'Save Settings' button at the bottom of the page. If you don't do this, your new password will not be saved.

2) If you have forgotten your password, but know your username, you may click on the 'Forgot password?' link near the bottom of the Log-in (Welcome) window. Enter your username in the corresponding field in the 'Password Reset' window in the center of the page, not the one in the welcome window. Then enter the email address you originally used to create your account and the security code as it appears below. Click the 'Submit' button. If this step has completed successfully, you will get a message saying that an email has been sent to you. Retrieve the email and follow the instructions. This will reset your password to a randomly selected one. Log in to the MLREMS site using that password and follow the directions from number one above to change it to whatever you'd like.

3) If you do not remember your username, go to MLREMS Help Desk and click 'Submit a ticket' near the top of the page. In your description, please be sure to include your first and last name, any possible email address you would have used to create your account. In most cases, you will receive a response within twenty-four hours.
